Introduction Of Notepad Window 7
यह Program System Software के अंतरगत आता हैं इसमें 64 MB (Mega Bite) की File को तैयार कर सकते हैं।  इसका Extension Name (.Txt ) तथा Title Name Untitled Notepad होता है इसमें निमन बार होते हैं।
                      How To Open Notepad
Notepad Program को दो प्रकार से खोल सकते हैं।
Method 1
Start→ All Programs→ Accessories →Notepad → Click On Notepad

Method 2
Through Run Command
Start→ Run→ Type (Notepad) Click On Ok →

Title bar

यह Notepad Window  के सबसे ऊपर के भाग में स्थित होता हैं जिस पर Untitled Name Notepad पड़ा होता हैं। यदि पहले से Save की गयी  File Open हैं तो उस File के नाम तथा Program का नाम प्रदर्शित (Show) होता हैं।  तथा इसके Right Side में तीन Control Button प्रदर्शित (Show) होते है जिन्हे क्रम से Minimize, Maximize, Close, के नाम से जाना जाता।  है.

A-Minimize Window D
इस Control Button की सहायता से Notepad Program की Windows को Minimize (अस्थाई रूप से बंद )कर Task Bar पर पहुँचा सकते है व आवश्यकता पढने पर Task Bar पर Mouse का Left Button Click कर Notepad  Program को Restore भी कर सकते हैं

B-Maximize Window D

इस Control Button पर Mouse का Left Button Click करने से   की Notepad  Program की Windows के  Size छोटा या बड़ा सकते हैं 

C- Close Alt+F4

इस Control Button की सहायता से Notepad  Program को Close (बंद ) किया जा सकता हैं

Menu bar 

यह Notepad Window में Title Bar के नीचे स्थित होता हैं इस पर Menu की संख्या 5 प्रकार की  प्रदर्शित Show होती हैं जिन्हे क्रम से File, Edit, Format, View, Help कहते हैं/

Text Area
यह Menu Bar तथा Status Bar के बीच में White Color का  प्रदर्शित (Show) होता हैं।  जिस पर Text को Type किया जाता हैं। 

Scroll Bar
यह Text Area के Right Side में खड़ा हुआ (Vertical) तथा Down Side में पड़ा हुआ (Horizontal) रूप  में प्रदर्शित (Show) होता हाँ।  जिसकी सहायता से Page को Up, Down, Left, Right किया जा सकता हैं।

Status bar
यह Notepad Window में Text Area के नीचे स्थित होयता हैं क्योकि जब हम Text Area पर किसी Text को Type करते हैं तो इस पर Text Area से सम्बंधित Massage प्रदर्शित (Show) होते रहते हैं।

                                                              Menu bar

New Ctrl+N

Notepad Program के Text Area पर नया (New) Page लिया जा सकता हैं। 

Open Ctrl+O

Notepad Program में पहले से Save की गयी File को खोल (Open) जा सकता हैं।

Save Ctrl+S
Notepad Program की File को Computer  किसी Drive में सुरक्षित (Save) रख सकते हैं।

Save As
Notepad Program में पहले से Save (Old File)  का नाम बदल (Change) सकते। हैं।

Page Setup
Notepad Program के Text Area पर Type किये गए Text Page की Margins Set कर सकते हैं।

Print Ctrl+P
Notepad Program के Text Area पर Type किये गए Text का Print Out Copy निकाल सकते हैं।

Exit Alt+F4
Notepad Program को  बंद (Close) कर सकते हैं।

Undo Ctrl+Z

Notepad Program के Text Area पर Type किये गए Selected Text को Cut या Delete करने के बाद बापस देख सकते हैं।

Cut Ctrl+X
Notepad Program के Text Area पर Type किये गए Selected Text को Cut कर सकते हैं।

Copy Ctrl+C
Notepad Program के Text Area पर Type किये गए Selected Text को Copy  हैं।

Paste Ctrl+V
Notepad Program के Text Area पर Curser की Current Position पर Cut या Copy किये गए Text को चिपका (Paste) सकते हैं।

Delete Del
Notepad Program के Text Area पर Type किये गए Selected Text को Delete कर सकते हैं।

Find Ctrl+F
Notepad Program के Text Area पर Type किये गए Text से किसी Word या Sentence को खोज सकते हैं।

Find Next F3
Notepad Program के Text Area पर Type किये गए Text से किसी Word या Sentence को खोज (Fiend) या बदल (Replace) करते समय किसी Word या Sentence पर Direct पहुँच सकते हैं।

Replace Ctrl +H
Notepad Program के Text Area पर Type किये गए Text से किसी Word या Sentence को बदल (Change) सकते हैं।

Go To Ctrl+G
Notepad Program के Text Area पर Type किये गए Text Page के किसी Line Number  पहुँच सकते हैं।

Select All Ctrl+A
Notepad Program के Text Area पर Type किये गए Text Page के All Paragraphs को एक ही बार में All Selected  कर सकते हैं।

Time/Date F5
Notepad Program के Text Area पर Type किये गए Text पर Time /Date  लगा (Insert) सकते हैं।

Notepad Program के Text Area पर Type किये गए Text का अगला Line Set कर सकते हैं। 

Font

Notepad Program के Text Area पर Type किये गए Text का Font, Style, Font, Size, Font, Script, Set  कर सकते हैं।

Status Bar

Notepad Program में स्थित Text Area के Down Side पर Status Bar को Show एवं Hide कर सकते हैं।
